- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with finding products and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Receive and unpack merchandise shipments.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
- Continuously learn about products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling and credit card processing procedures.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Adhere to all company standards and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For This Position Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Shows That The Candidate Has Basic Knowledge And Skills In Reading, Writing, And Math.
Customer Service Experience: Retail Store Associates And Stockers Are Required To Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Having Previous Experience In Customer Service Will Demonstrate The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Provide Excellent Service To Customers.
Physical Ability: This Job Requires Standing, Walking, And Lifting For Extended Periods Of Time. Applicants Should Be Physically Fit And Capable Of Handling The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Organizational Skills: Retail Store Associates And Stockers Are Responsible For Keeping The Store Organized And Stocked. Having Good Organizational Skills Is Crucial To Ensure That The Store Runs Smoothly And Efficiently.
Attention To Detail: Accuracy And Attention To Detail Are Important Qualities For This Position. Retail Store Associates And Stockers Must Be Able To Check And Maintain Accurate Inventory Levels, As Well As Ensure That Products Are Displayed Correctly And Neatly.
