Retail Store Associate

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Store Associate to join Big Lots’ team! As a Retail Store Associate, you will need to provide excellent customer service, stock and merchandise products, and help maintain the store’s cleanliness. To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: -Greet customers and provide excellent customer service -Help customers with product inquiries and purchases -Stock and merchandise products on the sales floor -Keep the store neat and organized -Assist with opening and closing procedures -Handle cash transactions in an accurate and efficient manner -Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Big Lots’ products and services -Follow all policies and procedures -Perform inventory counts and restock merchandise -Answer customer phone calls and emails -Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
