Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Big Lots! As a Retail Store Associate, you will be the face of Big Lots and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable multitasking, and be passionate about providing great customer service. Responsibilities:

-Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

-Assist customers in locating merchandise and providing product information

-Process transactions accurately and efficiently

-Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service

-Keep shelves stocked and organized

-Ensure the store is neat and presentable

-Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner

-Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise

-Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner

-Ensure all safety and security regulations are met

-Maintain daily store operations and close the store

-Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed
