Retail Store Associate

We're looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Retail Store Associate to join our team at Big Lots! As part of our retail team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while helping customers find what they need and completing sales transactions. We're looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to think on their feet.
