We are currently seeking a friendly, motivated Retail Store Associate to join our team and help us provide exceptional service and shopping experiences. Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store.
Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs and inquiries.
Maintaining knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively communicate to customers.
Ensuring the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Stocking merchandise on shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed.
Accurately and efficiently completing transactions at the cash register.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking of products.
Collaborating with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
Maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Continuously learning about products and services offered by Big Lots to better assist customers.
Following all company policies and procedures.
Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Proactively solving customer issues and providing resolutions.
Providing feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and store operations.
Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: Retail Store Associates Must Have The Ability To Provide Friendly And Efficient Service To Customers, Resolving Any Issues Or Concerns They May Have.
