4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out of stock items to management.
6. Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
7. Continuously develop product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store operations.
9. Proactively identify and resolve any customer issues or complaints, escalating to management if needed.
10. Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate inventory counts and proper storage.
11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect customers, employees, and company assets.
