We are seeking an Overnight Store Associate at Big Lots who is passionate about customer service and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The Overnight Store Associate is responsible for ensuring the store is well stocked and clean at all times. The successful candidate must possess a customer-centric attitude, be able to work independently, and be able to meet tight deadlines. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and grow with our team.Required Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent-Excellent customer service skills-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills-Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs-Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities of an Overnight Store Associate:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Restock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness.
Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
Ensure store is secure at all times.
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with the preparation of sales and promotional materials.
Operate cash register and process payments.
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and trainings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
