Overnight Store Associate

Responsibilities of an Overnight Store Associate: • Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases • Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and rotate inventory • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Accurately process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system • Follow all company policies and procedures • Ensure safety and security measures are followed • Monitor store security throughout the night • Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner • Assist with unloading and stocking merchandise • Assist with inventory control and order fulfillment • Respond to emergency situations and provide appropriate assistance • Ensure all areas of the store are secure and properly locked at closing time.
