We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Overnight Store Associate at Big Lots. The ideal candidate will have the required qualifications and experience to provide excellent customer service and help maintain the cleanliness of the store. We are looking for someone with a friendly, energetic personality and a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers. If you have the necessary qualifications and are passionate about making our customers happy, this could be the perfect job for you!Required Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.• Ability to work with a wide variety of people• Ability to stand for long periods of time• Ability to work independently and in a team setting• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience • Assist customers with locating products and answering questions • Maintain store cleanliness by tidying shelves and stocking merchandise • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments • Assist in opening and closing the store • Help maintain store security by monitoring customers and alerting management of potential theft • Assist in training and supervising junior staff members • Assist with inventory management and control • Accept payments and process transactions • Follow all health and safety regulations • Participate in store promotional activities.
