  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to stores
  • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking and replenishing products
  • Work closely with store managers to understand their specific merchandising needs and preferences
  • Create visually appealing displays and layouts in accordance with company guidelines and standards
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandise levels, displays, and overall presentation
  • Train and coach store associates on proper merchandising techniques and standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to plan and execute promotions and sales events
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed merchandising decisions
  • Maintain accurate and organized inventory records and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate parties
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to ensure the stores are offering the latest and most relevant products to customers
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including buying and planning teams, to ensure merchandise assortment and availability meets customer demand.
