As an energetic and highly organized Merchandise Coordinator at Big Lots, you'll be a key part of our exciting and dynamic team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our stores have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time. With your keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, you’ll be making sure that our expansive inventory is managed and distributed efficiently. To excel in this role, you’ll need a minimum of three years of experience in retail or inventory management, plus a degree in business or a related field. You’ll need to be comfortable with the latest technologies, and have strong problem-solving and communication skills. A demonstrated history of success in a customer-oriented role is essential, as is an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
