- Supervise and lead a team of support associates to ensure all tasks and duties are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Train and coach support associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stocking of merchandise to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, finding solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience.
- Adhere to company safety and security policies and procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers.
- Motivate and encourage team members to meet and exceed goals and expectations.
- Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
- Stay informed on current promotions, sales, and company initiatives to effectively communicate with customers and team members.

Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Leadership Position.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Mentor Team Members.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Driving Store Profitability.
Proficiency In Inventory Management, Cash Handling, And Store Operations.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays, And Handle Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
