  1. Oversee daily store operations and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of support associates to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and merchandising to maintain a visually appealing and fully stocked store.
  4. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, fitting rooms, and sales floor.
  6. Create and maintain schedules for support associates, ensuring adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  7. Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements to enhance store efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  8. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  9. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
  11. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among team members.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
