- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Supervise and guide a team of associates to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
- Assist in training new associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and associates.

Strong Leadership Skills: A Lead Support Associate Should Have Experience Leading And Directing A Team Of Support Staff To Ensure Efficient Operations And Productivity.
Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Effective Communication With Team Members, As Well As Customers And Other Departments Within The Company.
Organizational Skills: The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Responsibilities Is Crucial In A Lead Support Associate Role. This Includes Creating Schedules, Tracking Inventory, And Maintaining A Clean And Organized Work Environment.
Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Customer Service, Inventory Management, And Sales Strategies.
