At Big Lots, we are looking for a Lead Support Associate who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is a team player. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational and communication skills, is able to multi-task and has the ability to work independently. The Lead Support Associate is a critical role in our organization and is responsible for ensuring the customer service standards of Big Lots are met.The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of customer service experience and a high school diploma. They must also possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. The Lead Support Associate must have the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changes in the workplace. Additionally, they must be able to effectively manage their time and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. Responsibilities of a Lead Support Associate at Big Lots:
