- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the store.
- Lead and supervise a team of support associates, delegating tasks and ensuring that all responsibilities are completed efficiently.
- Train and onboard new support associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about store policies, procedures, and products.
- Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, ensuring that all products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including restocking shelves, ensuring proper product placement, and managing inventory flow.
- Assist with cashier duties as needed, including cash handling and processing transactions.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate store updates, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Monitor and track employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to support associates as needed.
- Collaborate with management to create and implement schedules for support associates, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding process for new support associates.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales to effectively assist customers and train team members.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Or Leadership Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train, Coach, And Motivate Team Members.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations And Procedures, Including Cash Handling, Inventory Management, And Customer Service Best Practices.
Demonstrated Ability To Problem Solve And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Work Environment.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Required, With Additional Education Or Training In Business, Management, Or Related Field Preferred.
