As a Lead Support Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Train and supervise support associates to ensure they are delivering high-quality customer service.
  3. Monitor and manage store operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and employees.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Maintain a well-organized and clean store appearance, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
  7. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with ordering and receiving new merchandise.
  8. Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  9. Ensure all employees are following safety protocols and guidelines.
  10. Handle cash register operations, including processing transactions and balancing the cash drawer.
  11. Act as a role model for other employees by consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer service.
  13. Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
  15. Be knowledgeable about current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
