
Lead Support Associate

- Lead and support a team of associates to ensure they are knowledgeable, motivated, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Train and onboard new associates, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and assess team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to improve overall productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other members of management to develop and implement strategies for improving store operations and achieving sales goals.
- Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating professionalism, positivity, and a strong work ethic.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all safety and security protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed properly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, and conducting inventory counts.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional development, and encourage team members to do the same.
- Foster a welcoming and comfortable environment for both customers and associates, promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the company's mission and values, and uphold them in all interactions with customers and team members.
- Act as a liaison between the store management team and associates, providing updates and relaying important information.
- Other duties as assigned by store management.
Prior Supervisory Or Team Leadership Experience In A Retail Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Effectively Managing A Team And Interacting With Customers.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Ensure Efficient Store Operations And Task Completion.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations And The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues That May Arise.
Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment While Maintaining A Positive Attitude And Providing Exceptional Customer Service.
