Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between customers, management, and other customer service teams.
- Stay up-to-date on new policies and procedures to ensure customer service standards are met.
- Ensure customer inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with other customer service-related tasks as needed.
