We are looking for a Lead Support Associate to join our team at Big Lots.As the Lead Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to our customers while leading our team of associates. You will be responsible for helping the team stay on track and motivated while providing the best experience to our customers.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. You must also have the ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and think on your feet. We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and is able to motivate and lead a team. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of customer service associates.
  2. Oversee daily operations of the customer service team.
  3. Monitor customer service performance and provide feedback and coaching.
  4. Ensure customer inquiries are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  6. Monitor customer service metrics and analyze trends.
  7. Train new customer service associates.
  8. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
