Big Lots is looking for an experienced Lead Support Associate to join our team! Our Lead Support Associates provide a key role in our organization by ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience and our stores remain organized and operational. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter with excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of a Lead Support Associate:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues promptly and effectively.
  3. Monitor store operations and take appropriate action to ensure store runs efficiently and effectively.
  4. Maintain organization of store including stocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing merchandise.
  5. Train and mentor new associates and support staff.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  7. Assist in the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
  8. Assist with the supervision of store personnel.
  9. Complete other tasks as assigned.
