
Lead Support Associate
We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Lead Support Associate to join our Big Lots team. This role is essential to our success, as you will manage day-to-day operations in our store and ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for helping customers, as well as the necessary skills and experience to effectively oversee store operations. Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction -Coordinate daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, customer service, inventory, and sales -Lead and oversee a team of associates to ensure goals are met -Enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure store environment -Provide customer service, including resolving customer inquiries and complaints -Monitor store performance and provide feedback to team members -Train and motivate staff to meet performance goals -Maintain accurate records of store operations and transactions -Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate inventory records -Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to increase efficiency -Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
