Responsibilities: -Provide excellent customer service to customers with inquiries. -Supervise the Support Associate team. -Ensure customer service standards are met. -Demonstrate a high level of tolerance and respect for customers and colleagues. -Develop and maintain a proven track record of customer service excellence. -Organize and prioritize customer inquiries. -Lead and motivate the Support Associate team. -Provide timely and accurate customer service resolutions. -Remain up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
