Responsibilites:

  1. Supervise and motivate the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and performance metrics are met.
  2. Provide an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ensure a strong understanding of Big Lots products and services.
  4. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Monitor customer feedback to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
  7. Analyze customer data and generate reports for management.
  8. Train and mentor new team members.
  9. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance.
  10. Participate in team meetings and other events.
