Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional with great multitasking skills and a knack for problem-solving to join our team. The Lead Support Associate is responsible for providing leadership to the team and ensuring customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must have at least three years of retail experience and proven customer service and sales experience. You must also have knowledge of retail operations and be comfortable working with technology. In addition, a friendly and outgoing personality is essential as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. Responsibilities: • Provide leadership and guidance to the team • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service • Maintain knowledge of retail operations • Monitor and analyze customer feedback • Handle customer complaints and inquiries • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service • Monitor and track sales data • Train and coach team members • Manage customer accounts and records • Utilize technology to optimize customer service • Maintain a friendly and outgoing personality when interacting with customers
