Responsibilities:

  1. Train and lead sales associates to promote customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  2. Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all customers.
  3. Monitor store operations and ensure efficient functioning of all activities.
  4. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Set goals for sales associates and evaluate performance.
  6. Monitor stock levels and ensure shelves are regularly stocked.
  7. Assist with merchandising and promotional activities.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty.
  9. Maintain records and compile reports on store performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
