We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer service and providing excellent customer support. The Lead Support Associate will be responsible for leading the customer service team and helping to ensure that our customers have the best possible experience.The successful candidate for this position will have a great attitude and a customer-oriented approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and has a knack for relationship building. Responsibilities of the Lead Support Associate:

  1. Lead and manage the customer service team, ensuring that customer service initiatives are met.
