  1. Drive furniture sales and revenue by creating and executing effective sales strategies.
  2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing furniture.
  4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  5. Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of opportunity and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Ensure the furniture department is visually appealing and well-stocked at all times.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, setting an example for the sales team.
  11. Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  12. Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and promotions.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates and provide feedback for improvement.
  14. Assist with inventory management and ordering of furniture products.
  15. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
