As the Furniture Sales Lead, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment, and leading a team of sales associates. This role requires a commitment to creating a positive shopping experience and a strong understanding of the furniture retail industry.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a furniture retail or sales environment is preferred.
