- Lead and motivate the furniture sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and onboard new furniture sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their role.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive furniture sales and meet company goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.

Extensive Knowledge Of Furniture Products: A Furniture Sales Lead At Big Lots Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Furniture Products Available At The Store, Including Materials, Features, And Pricing.
Excellent Sales And Customer Service Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets And Providing Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure Customer Satisfaction And Loyalty.
Strong Leadership Abilities: As A Sales Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Sales Associates. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Delegate Tasks Effectively.
Organizational And Multitasking Skills: Big Lots Is A Busy Retail Environment, And The Furniture Sales Lead Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously While Maintaining A High Level Of Organization And Attention To Detail.
