  1. Lead and motivate the furniture sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding the perfect furniture pieces for their needs.
  3. Use your design expertise to create visually appealing and attractive furniture displays.
  4. Train and coach team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
  7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and new product releases to better assist customers.
  9. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming shopping environment for customers.
  10. Communicate effectively with the store management team regarding sales performance, customer feedback, and any issues that may arise.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  13. Continuously strive to improve the furniture sales department and contribute to overall store growth.
  14. Adhere to safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
