Big Lots is seeking a dynamic and experienced Furniture Sales Lead to join our team and lead our furniture sales department. As the Furniture Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service while also managing a team of sales associates. We are looking for someone who has a strong knowledge of furniture products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.   1. Drive Furniture Sales: The primary responsibility of the Furniture Sales Lead is to drive sales in the furniture department. This includes setting and meeting sales goals, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Furniture Sales Lead must ensure that all customers receive exceptional service. This includes greeting and assisting customers, resolving any concerns or issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Manage Sales Team: The Furniture Sales Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates. This includes training and mentoring new team members, delegating tasks and responsibilities, and providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the team is meeting sales goals.
  4. Product Knowledge: The Furniture Sales Lead must have a strong knowledge of furniture products and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers. They must also stay updated on industry trends and new product releases.
  5. Sales Strategies: The Furniture Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase furniture sales. This may include promotions, special events, and other marketing initiatives.
