  1. Lead and drive furniture sales: The Furniture Sales Lead will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals. They will also be responsible for driving sales through their own efforts and strategies.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: This role will require the Furniture Sales Lead to provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.   7. Collaborate with other departments: The Furniture Sales Lead will work closely with other departments such as merchandising, operations, and customer service to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers.
