As a Furniture Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our furniture department. We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual who can lead a team to success while also ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.   1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the furniture department, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Train and develop a team of furniture sales associates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  3. Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed departmental goals and targets.
  4. Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures, including pricing and promotional guidelines.
  5. Actively engage with customers, providing product knowledge, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  6. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the department is fully stocked and organized.
  7. Collaborate with other department leads and store management to create a positive and cohesive work environment.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance.
  9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively promote and sell furniture products to customers.
  11. Assist in merchandising and visual display to ensure an attractive and organized furniture department.
  12. Monitor and track sales performance and provide regular reports to store management.
  13. Participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay informed about company updates and policies.
  14. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and represent the company in a positive manner at all times.
