Extensive Knowledge Of Furniture Products: A Furniture Sales Lead At Big Lots Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Various Furniture Products And Brands Offered By The Company. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Types Of Furniture, Materials, And Styles.
Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Furniture Industry. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Product Features And Benefits To Customers, Close Sales, And Meet Sales Targets.
