Welcome to the Big Lots family! We are looking for an experienced and motivated Furniture Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping to create a positive shopping experience.The successful candidate will be an energetic self-starter with a passion for furniture sales and customer service. They must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with a team. Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
Assist customers with their furniture purchasing decisions.
Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
Foster a team environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
Maintain knowledge of current furniture trends and styles.
Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns.
Maintain awareness of inventory levels and suggest re-ordering when necessary.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Keep the sales area neat and organized.
Perform other duties as assigned.
