Are you an experienced furniture sales professional, looking to take your career to the next level? Big Lots is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Furniture Sales Lead to join our growing team! In this role, you will be a leader in our furniture department, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our store. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as a passion for furniture and customer service. If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we'd love to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 3 years of furniture sales• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales and other KPI goals• Ability to lead and motivate a team to success• Excellent communication and customer service skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of furniture sales professionals in achieving and exceeding sales and other KPI goals.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customers have a positive experience in the store.
  3. Ensure adequate stock of furniture and other products in the store.
  4. Assist customers in finding the perfect furniture piece for their needs.
  5. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
  6. Answer customer questions and address any service-related issues.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the furniture products in the store.
  8. Monitor and track furniture sales performance.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  10. Train and mentor new furniture sales team members.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  12. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
