Job Description

Are you an experienced and highly motivated furniture sales lead with a passion for delivering amazing customer service? Big Lots is looking for a professional to join our furniture team and lead our sales associates to success. You should be an innovative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence, we would love to hear from you!To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in a furniture sales leadership role, a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, and excellent communication and organizational skills. You must also be able to develop and implement sales strategies, coach and develop team members, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate a team of furniture sales associates to success.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies.
  3. Coach and develop team members.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Deliver exceptional customer service.
  6. Enhance customers’ shopping experiences.
  7. Troubleshoot customer service issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  8. Foster a positive team environment.
  9. Assist in the training of new team members.
  10. Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
