Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure all customer needs are met.
  2. Assist customers with selecting furniture pieces for their home, taking into consideration style, color, material, and price.
  3. Maintain an organized and presentable furniture showroom.
  4. Answer customer questions about furniture products and pricing.
  5. Provide product knowledge and education to customers.
  6. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases.
  7. Coordinate and manage the delivery of furniture to customers.
  8. Track and monitor furniture inventory levels.
  9. Participate in promotional activities and events to drive furniture sales.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  11. Stay up-to-date with current furniture trends and industry news.
  12. Lead and motivate furniture sales associates to ensure sales goals are met.
