As a Furniture Sales Lead at Big Lots, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and helping customers choose the perfect furniture for their home. You will be a leader in creating an exciting, memorable, and safe shopping experience for our customers.   1. Lead a team of sales associates to maximize customer satisfaction and sales.
  2. Provide knowledgeable and helpful customer service to customers when selecting furniture for their home.
  3. Assist in creating an exciting and safe shopping experience for customers.
  4. Develop and implement creative strategies to increase sales.
  5. Monitor sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Ensure the store is kept clean and organized.
  7. Train, motivate, and provide feedback and guidance to sales team members.
  8. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
