1. Manage and lead a team of freight processors to ensure freight operations run smoothly.
2. Monitor and review work of freight processors to ensure quality and accuracy of the freight process.
3. Communicate with other departments and staff to ensure that freight operations are running efficiently.
4. Develop and maintain safety standards and regulations related to freight processing.
5. Train and mentor freight processors to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform their duties.
6. Monitor and analyze freight operations to identify areas for improvement.
7. Create and implement process improvements to optimize freight operations.
8. Monitor and review freight costs to ensure that they remain within budget.
9. Assist with troubleshooting freight processing issues as they arise.
10. Manage inventory and supplies related to freight processing.
