Oversee and manage the timely and accurate processing of all incoming freight shipments.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available for purchase.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of associates to ensure efficiency and productivity in the freight processing department.
Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and allocate resources for the processing of freight.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to freight processing.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment for the team.
Communicate effectively with management and other teams to address any issues or concerns related to freight processing.
Conduct regular audits and spot checks to ensure accuracy and quality of freight processing.

Job Qualifications
