1. Lead and oversee the processing of freight in the store, ensuring that all merchandise is accurately received, stocked, and replenished.
2. Train and develop new team members in freight processing and management.
3. Maintain an organized environment in the store, ensuring that goods are stored in the correct manner.
4. Monitor inventory levels to ensure that the store has a sufficient supply of goods.
5. Monitor store operations and ensure that they are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
7. Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues.
8. Ensure that safety standards are adhered to in the store.
9. Keep up to date with current company promotions and special offers.
10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on freight processing.
