- Directly manage a team of store managers and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales and operational goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and increase profitability across the district.
- Monitor store performance and provide timely feedback and coaching to store managers to address any areas of improvement.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stores are stocked with the right products to meet customer demands and sales goals.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as merchandising, marketing, and operations to develop and execute district-wide initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and develop action plans to improve district performance.
- Proactively address any customer service issues and ensure a positive customer experience across all stores in the district.
- Communicate regularly with upper management and provide updates on district performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Manage district budget and expenses to meet financial targets and maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and develop store managers to ensure a strong and capable team across the district.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify areas for improvement and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, human resources, and operational guidelines.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Strong Leadership Skills And Proven Ability To Manage And Develop A Team.
Knowledge Of Merchandising Techniques And Inventory Management.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
