- Train, coach, and mentor store managers and their teams to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.
- Monitor and analyze district sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take necessary action to achieve sales targets.
- Oversee and manage district operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Hire, train, and develop high-performing store management teams.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and scheduling to meet business needs.

Experience In Retail Management: A District Manager At Big Lots Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Retail Locations And Driving Sales Growth. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Is Highly Desirable.
