- Oversee multiple store locations in the district and ensure they are meeting company standards and goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with store managers to create and execute effective merchandising and marketing plans.
- Monitor and manage store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Train, mentor, and coach store managers to ensure consistent performance and development.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Communicate and work closely with other district managers and the corporate office to share best practices and ensure consistent execution.
- Identify and address any issues or challenges within the district and implement solutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitor and manage district budget and expenses.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make strategic business decisions.
- Represent the company at district or regional meetings and events.
- Uphold company values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the district.
- Continuously strive to improve district performance and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Profitability Goals
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Develop A Team
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Both Internal And External Stakeholders
