- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store and district goals.
- Monitor and analyze store performance through sales reports, financial data, and customer feedback.
- Train and mentor store managers and staff to ensure consistent and exceptional customer service.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure stores are stocked with quality products and merchandise displays are visually appealing.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field: A District Manager At Big Lots Should Have A Strong Foundation In Business Concepts And Practices To Effectively Manage The District's Operations.
Previous Managerial Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Oversee And Lead A Team Successfully.
Strong Leadership Skills: The District Manager Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Multiple Store Locations And Their Respective Teams. They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Company Goals And Objectives.
