  1. Oversee the operations of multiple store locations within a designated district.
  2. Ensure the stores are meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
  4. Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, making necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
  5. Train, mentor, and develop store managers and associates to achieve company goals and objectives.
  6. Conduct regular store visits to assess and maintain visual merchandising standards, customer service, and overall store cleanliness.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of company initiatives.
  8. Analyze market trends and competition to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  9. Manage and allocate district resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards at all stores within the district.
  11. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to store managers.
  12. Serve as a role model for the company's values and uphold a positive and professional image at all times.
  13. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  14. Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for store managers and other district-level positions.
  15. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  16. Prepare and present reports on district performance to upper management.
  17. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve district and store operations.
  18. Travel to different store locations as needed for training, meetings, or other business needs.
  19. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement.
  20. Ensure all stores are in compliance with safety and security protocols.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Multi-Store Environment.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Management, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Profit And Loss Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Employees, Customers, And Corporate Executives.
