Strong Leadership Skills: A District Manager At Big Lots Should Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Store Managers And Associates.
Retail Management Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A District Or Multi-Store Capacity.
