Strong Leadership Skills: A District Manager At Big Lots Should Possess Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Store Managers.
Retail Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably In A Managerial Role, Is Essential For This Position.
